To process rentals and ensure legal protection, Aqua 6ix securely records: full legal names, dates of birth, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contact names and phone numbers, booking dates, Sea-Doo unit IDs, quiz completion milestones and scores, payment receipts, and digital signing strings.
Payment Security
All transactions use PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Aqua 6ix never handles or stores raw credit card data within its internal servers.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to process your rental booking, verify legal compliance, ensure safety, and protect Aqua 6ix legally. Data is shared only with payment processors, insurers, legal counsel, or emergency response teams when necessary.
